If your church sends out short term mission teams, you need a tool like Mission Link. Is your team leader's phone ringing off the hook from team members looking for the latest status on their fundraising account? Do you still pass out paper print outs with account balance summaries at your team meetings? We feel your pain. We went through the same thing at our home church several years ago. We created Mission Link as the solution and we think it can help you too.

WHAT...

Mission Link is your online missions hub. It's where you communicate to your team and where your team communicates to the congregation. Mission Link automates the administrative aspects of your team including:

  • Fundraising progress
  • Online donations
  • Team documents
  • Team calendar of events
  • Information on the host nations
  • Lots more!

HOW MUCH?

A one-time charge of $9.95 per team member. It's that simple.

It's a one time fee, no monthly subscriptions. You will continue to have access to the team you create even after the trip is over... no extra fees.

Airfare, food, lodging, transportation, project money, these are all things you will factor into your team budget. You will divide the total cost by the number of team members and arrive at a cost per person. At $9.95 per team member, Mission Link is a simple addition to your team member cost.

Optional Extras

In addition to the core prices above, there are a few other items you may be interested in.

  • Multimedia Server -- Allows you to upload photos, blog entries, videos, prayer requests, audio testimonies onto the Mission Link servers so that your congregation has one simple and advertisement free location to keep up with your team while they are on the mission field. There are lots of tools on the internet to do these things, but they tend to contain advertisements that may not be in line with the vision of your mission. Additionally, Mission Link Multimedia Server was designed to allow team's to prepare their multimedia content while not connected to the internet. Then when they are able to get internet connectivity they can upload everying quickly.

    The cost is an additional $9.95 per month to post and maintain content.

  • Mobile Phone Access -- If anyone on your teams would like to access Mission Link from their smartphone, they can chose to download one of our mobile applications. These typically cost $0.99 as a one-time download fee.
